Your Professional Profile
Each
S.P.E.C. employee receives a digital profile displaying:
- Your verified certification level
- A bio and work history
- Reviews and performance ratings
- Shift and safety record (visible to terminals)
What You’ll Need
- A valid TWIC card
- Some experience operating a crane or derrick
- Trim gear operators must have some bulldozer and loader experience
- The availability for a scheduled vessel
- A team first mindset
- A willingness to uphold the values and protocols of the S.P.E.C. system
