Proud to be Setting the New Industry Standard

Training & Onboarding
Simple. Focused. Field-Ready.

  • Training is conducted over two 3-hour sessions on two consecutive days—in person and local to your terminal.
  • S.P.E.C. provides all training at no cost to prequalified operators.
  • Onboarding includes portal and operator profile creation along with training on management, and ongoing support.

Smart Support from Day One

Every operator is trained to assist. From the Hold to the Hub, everyone has access to hands-on support from day one - starting with the operator beside you, back by your deck manager and regional hub manager.

The 5’s Bonus Program
Earn more for doing it right.

  • All operators are eligible for bonus pay starting Day One.
  • Deck managers score each shift 1–5 for adherence to training.
  • Earn five 5’s in a row? You get a $5/hour bonus.
  • Maintain 5-star ratings from Day 6 onward to keep your bonus. Drop below, and your bonus cycle resets.

Compensation & Advancement
We believe in paying for performance from day one.

Starting pay is above state rate pay.

Earn More. Rise Faster.

  • Bonus eligibility begins early and grows with consistency
  • High performance unlocks advancement to higher pay levels
  • Every operator starts with a path forward--clear, structured, and rewarded.

No Dues. No Delay. Just Opportunity.

We don’t believe in making experienced operators start from the bottom. If your background and performance reflect Level 4 capability, you'll start at the Level 4 pay scale--day one.

After completing three full ship offloads, we conduct a targeted evaluation across five critical areas:
safety, control and precision, situational awareness, teamwork, and adherence to procedural training.  If Level 4 skills are demonstrated, your compensation adjusts immediately--no waiting, no red tape.

Your talent sets the pace. We simply recognize it.
